Work Order (GR05248) was ready to be closed but couldn't finish due to an error code. Specifically, needed to delete segment 04 but DBS was showing transfers in process when the service employee tried to perform header maintenance. Basically the WO was locked and needed to be unlocked.

F24 Balance W/O
Which put the work order into Open status and allowed the segment to be deleted
